Guzmaco was founded in 1988 under the name of Pacific88 by Malu and Vangie DeGuzman. They came from a well known and respected family that since the 1960's had been part of the initial major development of Manila and Metro Manila as we know it today.

Having studied in the USA and majored in Realestate, Malu and Vangie felt ready to take on this new branch of the family business and did so with an incredible impact.

In 1992 the company changed its name to keep up with the modern trends and became known as Mechta Land Corp. A vast and wide range of client base was established and the company saw an amazing growth. They were now dealing not only with important people of the Philippines for thier needs, but also found them selves dealing more and more with investors from other countries. The company entered into a new era of real estate in the Philippines.

Now, as the company has grown with over a hundred agents and affiliates, a new look was needed thus, the name Guzmaco was born.

Although the company is no longer a small family business, we still base our operations on those good wholesome family values. We take our clients seriously and as been our way since the begining, we do all that we can so that our clints feel more than satisfied with their property transaction.
